We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of spell candles we cannot accept returns on any candles at this time. Should you encounter an issue we strongly encourge you to reach out to us at infofromthirdeye@gmail.com so that we may try to come up with a solution.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
As long as your order has not shipped we will be happy to cancel the order for you without penalty. Please see our shipping policy for turn around times.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at infofromthirdeye@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address provided with the form.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Candles
- Custom Candles or Orders
- Personal Care Products
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
